As a Shareholder and Director, Steve reviews and evaluates internal corporate compliance concerns within the organization’s legal and lawful mechanics. Steve ensures the Board of Directors, management and contractors are in harmony with the company’s Policies and Procedures, our shared values and also of course our Articles of Association.
